MSc. Hakan BALABAN is the founder of the company. He obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree from Yıldız Technical University in 2003. He completed MS degrees from Yıldız Technical University in the Design Department of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty and Gebze Technical University in the Design and Manufacturing Department of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty in 2006. Additionally, he completed the Design Management certification program at İstanbul Bilgi University in 2009. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Kocaeli University. Since then, he has been managing R&D projects for various industries.

He believes that there is much to invent with the usage of our minds, souls, and ideas, and modern CAE tools are one of the best ways to help this dedication to human evaluation and safety.

Hakan has been a mountaineer for over 25 years and has climbed in Turkey, France, Iran, and Bolivia to many summits over 5000m. He is married to Fulya and is the father of Ateş.

Hakan's passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new heights extends beyond his professional life. His adventurous spirit and dedication to overcoming challenges are evident in both his personal and professional pursuits.
